Our car's story
Our Windsor was brought back to life in 2015 after sitting untouched since 1991. The previous owner made it a running and driving car, and we purchased it in late 2022 to give it a new life offering it for weddings, photoshoots and everything in-between.

We started by taking the interior out that was in desperate need of a full restoration. It needed a new headliner, carpet, seats, and more. This being almost 63 years old, it was time to refresh the interior.

After the interior received a full restoration, we decided to keep the exterior paint original. This car fitting the description as a "survivor", especially being a Chicago based vehicle most of its life, we felt the paint and chrome being original to the car adds to its story.

Once we had the new headliner and seats in the car, we pulled it from its hibernation at the barn to be finished up in a clean garage, which was a welcomed change. Alec, a professional detailer by trade, was able to squeeze all of the life out of the paint and chrome that was possible. Although the chrome and body of the car are not perfect, they are in impressive condition for the age of the car.

Looking back on this project has us very proud to have "saved" a classic car from a junkyard or becoming scrap metal. It took a lot of blood, sweat, and tears, but to be able to share this for the biggest day of someone's life is an honor and something we are proud to do.
